Right off the bat, the car was riddled with major engine and transmission issues, two components you'd assume were inspected meticulously before selling.īut it doesn't end there. Despite promising a robust and quality vehicle, they delivered an absolute clunker. The car I recently purchased from this company has been nothing short of a disastrous nightmare. Not worth the time and frustration that they put me through, and would definitely not recommend them to anyone else. I felt as if I could have gone through less stress and work if I had just gone with a normal dealership. The fact that I had to go digging around and asking so many questions really didn't sit well with me, since Shift's main selling point is that they take care of all the paperwork for you. Not to mention that there were plenty of issues with warranties, payments, and a lot more else. They never returned phone calls, emails, and I had to resort to calling my Car Enthusiast who was out of state. However, as soon as I put the deposit in and I was told that the delivery team would reach out to me to set a delivery date and time, it was as if I was blocked completely from any form of communication with the Shift Headquarters. Up until that point, they were on point with responding to emails, phone calls, and any sort of communication. ![]() Everything was going well until I put in the deposit for the vehicle.
